Bilatiis Set to Bring Wellness, Pilates & Creativity to Farnworth Green

Capital&Centric’s Farnworth Green’s glow-up continues with Bilatiis, a wellness studio that brings together fitness, creativity and superfood menu all under one roof.

It’s the latest addition to the town centre’s new line-up of independents, offering a fresh take on wellness in a space that’s anything but ordinary. With a focus on both mat and reformer Pilates, Bilatiis classes are suitable all levels to help with strength, tone and posture.

Alongside Pilates, Bilatiis will feature a superfood bar serving up fresh juices, matcha and antioxidant-packed acai bowls, with outside seating to enjoy among the lush, green public square. There’ll also be sunbeds for a vitamin D boost and a pro content studio available for creators, influencers and small brands to use for shoots.

Bilatiis will be more than just a fitness studio, community centred around self-care, empowerment and positive vibes, where people can move, create and unwind. Residents living in a Farnworth Green home can bag a tasty 10% discount.

John Moffat, Joint Managing Director at Capital&Centric, said:
"To me, Farnworth Green meant rethinking what a town centre should be - places that feel alive, where people want to spend time, not just pass through. It’s never just been retail; our ideas are bigger than that. A place that brings people together, with character, colour and purpose. Bilatiis couldn’t be a better fit. Independent, full of energy, and rooted in people - they get what this place is trying to do. We’re properly buzzing to have them join the community and bring something fresh to the mix."

Tehreem Khan, Marketing Director at Bilatiis, said:
“We wanted to create a space that was about more than just fitness, prioritising community, connection and looking after yourself in every sense. Whether you’re coming to train, shoot content or sip a matcha and unwind, Bilatiis is all about good energy and making wellness feel welcoming, not intimidating. Farnworth Green has that same vibe, it’s the perfect fit. We really can’t wait to get open and get to know the community.”

Bilatiis is joining a vibrant line-up of independent businesses at Farnworth Green, including Cotton, a coffee shop and bakery set to open in September, and the ever-popular Coffee House. Together, they’re building a proper community, not just a row of copy paste vape shops and barbers.

It’s all part of Capital&Centric’s regeneration of Farnworth town centre now a place to live, work and hang out, with new homes, a lush green square and spaces for indie businesses. There’s still a few chances left for operators with something a bit different to bring to the table.
