We're on the hunt for the best independent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, delis, and stores - and we want your recommendations. Think pilates studios, sushi spots, bakeries, craft stores, pizza parlours and more!

How to enter.

- Tag your favourite independent restaurant, bar, coffee shops, delis & stores you want to see at Weir Mill in Stockport, Goods Yard in Stoke-on-Trent, Farnworth Green in Bolton or Astley Place in Newcastle-under-Lyme for the chance to win a black card at the chosen venue.
If a tagged trader moves in, one lucky person will be randomly selected to win a black card for the chosen venue.
Tag as many of your faves as you want, there’s no limit on the number of entries.
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message by 1st May.
The prize.
- Prize is a black card of £1,000 for the chosen venue that is tagged in the post
- Black card to only be used at the selected venue and cannot be used towards any other traders
The boring bits.
When the first suggested trader’s lease is executed, the competition will close and we will select a winner at random from everybody who tagged that trader.
- Entries received after the first suggested trader’s lease is executed will not be eligible.
- There will only be one winner
- There’s no limit on the number of traders you can tag
If none of the tagged traders sign a lease at Farnworth Green, Weir Mill, Goods Yard or Astley Place by 1st May 2026, then no winner will be selected.
- Prize is non-transferrable
- Prize is a £1000 black card for the chosen venue
- The winner must agree to be included and partake in marketing material and content for Capital&Centric
If the winner doesn’t accept the prize within 30 days or meet the requirements to enter, then another winner will be selected.
Voucher must be used within a year from the first date of the trader opening.
- Over 18s only
- The prize applies only if the tagged venue is a new lead generated by this competition and is not already in discussions or under consideration to join the development.
- The prize cannot be exchanged

- Negative or abusive comments, such as those that deemed to be derogatory to other users or accounts, will be removed, resulting in the respective entry being removed
