Creating Piccadilly East.

PICCADILLY EAST IS AN EMERGING NEW NEIGHBOURHOOD BEING CREATED IN MANCHESTER, JUST MINUTES FROM ANCOATS, NQ AND PICCADILLY. THE AREA IS BEING BROUGH BACK TO LIFE WITH COMMUNITY-FOCUSED EVENTS AND DEVELOPMENTS SUCH AS CRUSADER, PHOENIX, DUCIE STREET WAREHOUSE AND LEONARDO HOTEL ON ADAIR ST.

Tim & Adam wanted to create community from the start and took the decision to ban investors from CRUSADER - a 180 year old Victorian mill which we're restoring with loft apartments and a lush residents garden. With queues out the door for the open day, we knew this area had a lot of potential if done in the right way.

Rather than wait for development to finish we continued to curate the community in Piccadilly East, forming partnerships with local independents Track Brewery, Chapeltown Picture House (GRUB MCR) and Yerrr bar. These spaces are vibrant and buzzing, bringing locals and tourists to a previously unloved area. 

We believe art is a crucial part of community and that's why we've teamed up with Art Battle MCR and Jay Sharples to create The Mancunian Spray. We recently held the second Mancunian Spray event, bringing 50+ street artists, food & drink traders, DJs and craft stalls to Piccadilly East - raising funds for the Greater Manchester Mayor's Charity.

PHOENIX will be the first homes to launch in the Piccadilly East neighbourhood, with our first buyers moving-in April 2020. We've also got the greenlight for our second hotel, the LEONARDO HOTEL ON ADAIR ST. With both buildings we've gone for bold and beautiful architecture that will set the tone for the area.
