We're reimagining St Neots
We’re working with Huntingdonshire District Council to transform the car park on Tebbutts Road into a vibrant connected community. We want to elevate this part of St Neots by drawing on the area’s roots as a market town and including loads of nods to the past, recognisable features and iconic architecture. We’re creating something new which draws upon the area’s history while celebrating its classic skyline and bringing people back to this once thriving area.
The Plans.
We’ve got big plans for our site at St Neots. We’ll be transforming the site and integrating the area into the wider town and street scene by bringing:
• A crinkle crankle walled garden, placing nature at the heart of the development, with trees and greenery throughout for residents and the wider community to enjoy
• A community pavilion set within the grounds, surrounded by walking routes and outdoor spaces to sit and take a break
• Up to 83 new homes, set within two, five-storey design led buildings
• High quality, civic architecture which draws on the history of the market town whilst fostering a new sense of community
• Commercial space for small, independent businesses to bring new people to the area and make Tebbutts Road the place to be
