Neighbourhoods are made up of a mix of 1-4 bed homes, designed to create a diverse and inclusive community, ideal for families, first homes and multigenerational living.
But we know meeting your neighbours happens outside the home, so we design the spaces and streets between the homes to encourage interaction.
We pack in shared spaces across our developments which encourage our residents and the wider community to socialise and integrate. Think pavilions and village greens for socials, get-togethers and kids parties, alongside health and wellbeing facilities, like gyms and fitness studios.
Our onsite teams play a vital role in community curation and so do through a variety of events, all designed to bring people together.

Amenity is part of the blueprint, not an afterthought.
From lush, green public squares and play streets for kids, to communal BBQs, mini cinis and onsite cafe-bars, our amenity is all designed to foster connection and create a sense of place.

Sprawling low-density development is not the answer to meeting housing targets - smarter, better-designed places are.
We focus on higher-density development that uses land, especially brownfield, more intelligently. That means unlocking sites with potential and making every inch work harder.
Neighbourhood sites have 50+ homes per hectare, adding around 60% more homes compared to traditional house builders.
We maximise the use of brownfield sites, ensuring remediation grants deliver a higher proportion of homes, increasing CBR and reducing the loss of precious greenbelt land.
Packed with plants.
Adopting a biophilic approach and packing spaces between the homes with lush, verdant planting is a core element of Neighbourhood.
Daily contact with nature will be encouraged through accessible, inclusive design that supports walking, reflection, and interaction with both nature and neighbours.
Community gardens, seating clusters, nooks to explore and flexible lawns will foster social connection, belonging, and participation across all ages and abilities.
