Bold architecture, green spaces and walkable streets create a vibrant new neighbourhood inspired by Huntingdon's heritage.

Heritage roots. Fresh new future.
We're working with Huntingdonshire District Council to transform the current bus station and car park on Princess Street, into a vibrant new gateway neighbourhood into Huntingdon.
We want to revitalise this part of the commuter town by delivering new homes, a public facing cafe, loads of new amenities for residents and lush green landscaping for everyone to enjoy, creating a vibrant new neighbourhood with bold architecture, lush green spaces, walkable streets, buzzing social spaces and heritage-inspired design, creating a lively new gateway that reconnects people, place and community.
The Plans.
We’ve got big plans for two key sites, which are currently a working bus terminal and car park. We’ll be re-imagining this part of Huntingdon into a lively new neighbourhood and providing a new gateway to the town, which includes:
• Up to 78 new homes across both sites, marrying the market town’s heritage with bold architecture
• A centralised hub, known as Grade 2* Listed Cowper House with an on-site cafe. While for residents there are amenities including a gym, mini-cini and flexible workspace.
• Verdant green spaces, with trees, lush planting and pocket parks
• On the Gateway site, we want to use the site’s history to create a new iconic landmark which will complement Huntingdon’s signature market town monuments.
• The Worker’s Cottages, will sit within the Neighbourhood scheme, nestled into the roof top canopy of nearby trees, providing a serene suburbia and a quieter place for residents to live and relax in.
• Cowper House will form a central zone to connect the development to the rest of the community
Have your say.
