Ferrous will be a new addition to Piccadilly East, which is fast becoming a buzzing neighbourhood with real community spirit.
Our plans are for the patch of land next to our Phoenix and Crusader communities on Chapeltown Street, a stone’s throw from Manchester Piccadilly Train Station.

Our plans feature 107 apartments for rent, in keeping with the design-led approach of our other local developments – spacious, industrial chic interiors with a proper community vibe. There’ll also be a residents’ rooftop garden.
